Pamporovo

The climate in the resort is mild, with a lot of snow during the winter season. Borovets offers excellent conditions for winter sports ranging from alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing to freestyle and free ride.

Bansko

An hour further away is Bansko, with a mix of a UNESCO World Heritage-listed historic old town. It is an ancient town with extensive modern ski area which makes it Bulgaria’s top resort. After the exhausting day on the slopes, you can enjoy a cozy, delicious dinner in one of the numerous traditional Bulgarian restaurants located in the town of Bansko.
